Three lines of work. Five ways to start.

Most firms make you book a call to learn what anything costs. We publish starting prices, fix the scope up front, and never change a quote after we've agreed on it.

Strategy

Know where AI pays off in your company, and in what order.

Half day

Executive Session

A half-day, hands-on session that gives your leadership team a shared, concrete picture of what AI can do for the company — and a decision on what to do first.

from $6,000

Who it's for

Leadership teams that need alignment before they can move: everyone has an opinion about AI, nobody has a plan.

What you get

  • Pre-read built from short interviews with each executive
  • Live demonstrations on your own documents and data — not generic examples
  • A ranked shortlist of opportunities and a first move agreed in the room
  • Written summary within 48 hours

How it runs

  1. Before — 20-minute calls with each leader; we collect real examples from your business.
  2. The session — Half a day: where AI is already good enough, where it isn't, hands-on building, decisions.
  3. After — A one-page summary and, if you want it, a scoped proposal for the next step.
3 weeks

AI Diagnostic

We survey where your company actually is with AI, team by team, map the workflows, and rank every opportunity by value, feasibility, and risk. The top one ships as a working prototype before the diagnostic ends.

from $12,000

Who it's for

Companies that know AI matters but don't know where it pays off — or have a long list of ideas and no way to rank them.

What you get

  • AI baseline: how each team works today, what they've tried, what's blocking them
  • Opportunity map: every candidate workflow scored on value, feasibility, and risk
  • 90-day roadmap with sequencing, owners, and what to buy versus build
  • Working prototype of the top opportunity, running on your real data
  • Readout for the executive team and a written brief you can circulate

How it runs

  1. Week 1 — Interviews with the people doing the work; we trace how it actually moves between systems.
  2. Week 2 — Scoring and shortlisting. We prototype the top opportunity while you review the long list.
  3. Week 3 — Prototype demo, roadmap, and readout. You decide what to build first with something you can click.

Systems

Ship production agents and workflows on the stack you already run.

6 weeks (4–8 depending on scope)

Build Sprint

One production workflow or agent, shipped end-to-end: integrated with your systems, tested against an eval suite, gated by human approval where it matters, monitored, documented, and handed over.

from $36,000

Who it's for

Teams with a clear, high-value workflow to automate — usually the one the Diagnostic surfaced — and the systems access to make it real.

What you get

  • Production system deployed in your cloud or a dedicated environment
  • Eval suite that defines what 'working' means, run on every change
  • Human-approval gates on steps that touch money, customers, or records of truth
  • Monitoring for accuracy, latency, and cost; a rollback plan
  • Documentation, training for the owning team, and a clean handoff

How it runs

  1. Weeks 1–2 — Scope lock, system access, eval set built from real cases, first end-to-end slice.
  2. Weeks 3–4 — Full build. Weekly demos on real data; you see accuracy numbers, not promises.
  3. Weeks 5–6 — Hardening, gates, monitoring, docs, training. Go-live with a supervised ramp.
Monthly, 3-month minimum

Fractional Head of AI

Once the first system is live, we can stay on as your Head of AI: owning the roadmap, shipping weekly, making the model and vendor calls, and hiring your first AI people when it's time.

from $8,500 / month

Who it's for

Companies past their first system that want AI to keep compounding without hiring a full team yet — and want one person accountable for it.

What you get

  • Roadmap ownership and a weekly shipping cadence
  • Model, vendor, and architecture decisions with written rationale
  • Ongoing tuning of systems in production; monthly accuracy and cost reviews
  • Hiring support: job specs, interviews, onboarding of your first AI hires

How it runs

  1. Month 1 — Take ownership of the roadmap and the systems already live. Set the operating rhythm.
  2. Ongoing — Weekly ship, monthly review with leadership, quarterly reset of priorities.
  3. Exit — We plan our own replacement: your hires or your champions take over with full context.

Training

Make your people fluent — and able to keep building without us.

1 day to 6 weeks

Team Training

Hands-on training built around your team's real work, an AI champions program, and office hours — so the whole company gets fluent, not just the enthusiasts.

from $4,500 / day · programs from $15,000

Who it's for

Companies where usage is stuck at a few enthusiasts, or where leadership wants everyone fluent before investing in bigger systems.

What you get

  • Workshops built on your actual documents, data, and workflows
  • Agent and Claude Code workshops for technical and semi-technical teams
  • AI champions program: selection, curriculum, weekly office hours, and a showcase
  • A shared playbook of what works in your company, maintained by your champions

How it runs

  1. Before — We collect real examples from each team so nothing in the room is hypothetical.
  2. During — Short teaching, long building. Every person leaves with something they use the next day.
  3. After — Office hours and a champions cohort keep the momentum without us in the room.

About pricing and timing

How fast will we see something working?

Three weeks. The Diagnostic ends with a working prototype of the highest-value opportunity, so the decision to invest in a Build Sprint is based on something you can click, not a slide.

Which models and tools do you use?

Whichever fit the job and your constraints. We work across Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and open-weight models, and build on the cloud and systems you already run. We'll also tell you when a problem doesn't need AI at all — most workflow problems are mostly software.

How do you price?

Fixed fees for fixed scope. The Executive Session and Diagnostic are flat fees; Build Sprints are scoped and priced up front; the Fractional Head of AI is a monthly retainer with a three-month minimum. Starting prices are on the services page, and a quote never changes after we've agreed on scope.

Not sure which one fits?

That's what the intro call is for. Bring the problem; we'll tell you which engagement fits — or whether you need one at all.
